UCWNS welcomes professionals from other school settings to our school. We offer a Professional Visiting Day in the spring, which is hosted by our teaching and support staff. Visitors are given a tour of our classrooms, and can participate in discussions and activities relating to Reggio-Emilia.

Tours of small groups of teachers who wish to observe the school in session can be arranged.

PROFESSIONAL VISITORS DAY
MARCH 31, 2010
Visitors will gather in Main Building for coffee, juice, bagels from 8:45 – 9:00.  At 9:00 the Director will deliver a brief history of the school with a slide show. Teachers who are not leading a class will conduct classroom tours from 9:30 – 11:45. Lunch will be available with teachers from 12:15-1 pm. The afternoon will include various opportunities to meet in small groups for presentations of projects by Union Congregational Weekday Nursery School teachers.
Cost for the day is $50. Contact the school office (973-744-9069) for reservations. Attendance is limited to 30 visitors.
