Application Procedure 2010-2011

All applications (Priority and Non-priority) will be accepted Monday, January 25 through Friday, January 29. Applications may be mailed or dropped off at the Nursery School Office. Beginning Saturday, January 30, priority applications will be numbered randomly and processed. After all Priority applications are processed and class placements made, Non-priority applications will be numbered randomly and processed for class placement. Placement is made with consideration given to recommendation of teachers and class balance with regard to sex and age. The Director has final discretion in all class placements. All applicants will receive notification of class placement by February 19, 2010.

Jan.15, 2010 Applications will be available
Jan. 25-29, 2010 Applications will be accepted
Feb. 19, 2010 Class placement notification
March 1, 2010 Scholarship application deadline
March 1, 2010 One third tuition payment due
No space is held after March 2 without 1/3 tuition payment.

Priority is given in the following order:
1. Union Congregational Church Members (joined by Dec 1, 2009) or returning students
2. Siblings of currently enrolled students
3. Siblings of former students

Applications from priority families submitted after the Jan. 29 deadline will lose priority status.

The application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
